The Operation Director's role is to ensure Chick-fil-A Cedar Hill delivers on it's promise to be Consistently Remarkable.  Their aim is to equip, guide, and motivate our Team.  They work both IN and ON our business creating opportunities for themselves and for those that they serve.  

This position is high-intensity & fast-paced.  You must be able to make decisions quickly and confidently.  This person must be personable, engaging, and thought-provoking.

Starting Wage: $20/hour

Requirement: 2+ years of restaurant management

  • Must be able to work 9+ hour shifts
  • Must be able to work 45+ hours/week
