Team Leader

Cedar Hill, TX

The Team Leader role is to ensure Chick-fil-A Cedar Hill operates efficiently. They work along side the Operations Director team in ensuring their focused team is properly stationed as well as managing systems implemented by leadership. 

This position is high-intensity & fast-paced. You must be able to make decisions quickly and confidently. This person must be personable, engaging, and thought-provoking.

Lower Wage: $15/hour

Higher Wage: $18/hour

Requirement: 1+ years of restaurant management

  • Must be able to work 8+ hour shifts
  • Must be able to work 40+ hours/week

Requirements / Responsibilities

  • Ensures Team is Properly Stationed

  • Timely Running of Breaks

  • Models CFA Culture + Behaviors

  • Delegates Checklists + Follows up to Ensure 100% Completion

  • Coaches Team on Behaviors and Processes

  • Manages Systems implemented by Leadership 

  • Monitors Speed of Service

  • Works with Senior Leadership to implement new processes

  • Is a Coach

  • Understands the Pathways processes

  • Embodies the Vision + Values of CFA Cedar Hill

  • Maintains a Clean + Organized Restaurant
